Is the DisplayPort a built-in one, not over the dock, right?
Also, does the problem happen with different monitors or over HDMI, too?

In the case of HDMI, the problem is often rather in the graphics driver side
(or the communication with it from the audio side).

Please run the system with drm.debug=0x1e, and get the dmesg output around
playing the audio over DP/HDMI.

Last but not least, check the behavior with the latest 6.2-rc kernel in OBS
Kernel:HEAD repo, too.
