As of today, only a day after 15.1's release and long before 15.0's end of life
(end of 2019),
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/openSUSE_Leap_15.0/
is no longer available.

We won't be able to upgrade to 15.1 for at least a few weeks/months. Why was
the plug pulled so quickly on a still maintained distribution version?
