Hi, I've now seen 2 RPI's stopping in rescue mode, even with fsck.mode=force,
The first time I tried to reboot without doing anything, it didn't boot the
second attempt either, then I checked the filesystem, found no issues and
rebooted and it booted successfully after that. I don't know for sure that the
issue is related to the filesystem errors, but I suspect it might be.
