Hi,

I would still like to have a way to install the grub tooling without messing
with the host system's bootloader configuration. I think the proposed solution
will still end up messing with the host's bootloader setup via postinstall
scriptlets. Can you confirm that the merged package will not mess with the
bootloader setup when installed? Otherwise I would still like a separate
package for just the grub binaries without any postinstall scriptlets to change
the bootloader setup of the host system.

The use case is using the binaries to build OS images.
