Yes, Leap 15.1 has already some support, as its DRM kernel stack got updated to
4.19.y code base.  But AMDGPU support with 4.19.y isn't great in general,
especially for the newer chips, and there is little chance to fix them.
You'll have much better chance with Leap 15.2, which is based on 5.3 kernel.
