I added your repository, installed xorg-x11-server-21.1.1-661.1.x86_64 and
rebooted and it works correctly.

However, i don't use hyperv and i don't know what "drm on the platform bus" is,
so i can't verify if the removal of the udev rule and x11sysfsconf binary hurts
those 2 cases.
