As a result of Bug 1189606 - "KDE Plasma package plasma5-workspace-debuginfo is
not available" ��������� I've noticed the following (because I need to raise a KDE Bug
Report against it) ���������

All the packages related to KGlobalAccel are also available from the "Online
updates for openSUSE Leap 15.3 (SLE)" repository -
