If you would like to change your Bugzilla account to another email address, you
can do so through logging in on novell.com and clicking on your name. This will
bring you to a profile page, and you can edit your email there. Please note
that it will likely ask you to verify your account again.

The email system for Bugzilla is working, but you can do one additional check
to make sure you are configured to receive these emails. From the email
dropdown in the header of Bugzilla, select "Preferences". From there, choose
the tab "Email Preferences". Check both your Global Options (for flags like
NEEDINFO) and your Field/Recipient specific options to make sure nothing is
blocking Bugzilla from sending emails.
