I can only confirm the following: when PostFix receives an error from the receiving server, it sends a message, with the received response and including the original message to the original sender and in journalctl you find the same received response. Sometimes only a message is being sent and no entry is being found in journalctl. The postfix installation uses mostly the default configuration parameters.
