Comment # 21 on bug 903897 from Takashi Iwai

Looking at the current system closely, I found that we have already
/dev/snd/seq static node created by udev.  That said, for autoloading of
snd-seq module, we don't have to do anything.  Scratch my suggestion about
systemd-tempfiles.

So, just drop modules-load.d/* thing from musescore package.  Even if
$LOAD_SEQUENCER="no", the snd-seq module will be loaded automatically at the
first use as long as this device file exists.

The rest is about dracut.  But I think we should open another bug report
dedicated on that.
