Config file in /run
This is the file that is created in /run/X11/xorg.conf.d
It is created by /usr/sbin/x11sysfsconf which is run by the udev rule
/etc/udev/rules.d/99-xorg-sysfs.rules.
Both x11sysfsconf and 99-xorg-sysfs.rules are added by the newest xorg
package (xorg-x11-server-21.1.1-3.1.x86_64).
