https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=811340 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=811340#c1 --- Comment #1 from Stakanov Schufter <stakanov@freenet.de> 2013-04-10 08:57:31 UTC --- KDE version is now 4.10.2 and things continue to be worse. That may be a duplicate of 809095. I had the following issue (that manifested since the 1st of April (I do not think it is a developer joke, is it) and another user did encounter the same as it seams. https://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/applications/485... Beginning from the 1st of April 50 percent of my mail was directly trashed, I noticed only today. The only particularity I share with the other user is the fact of using a spamfilter. Bogofilter me, and spamassassin him. The problem persisted after eliminating all filters and creating them again. The problem vanished once I installed spamassassin and deselected bogofilter. Now, one day after the problem restarts. Some of the messages are not correctly filtered (without being able to forsee why). Some messages block in the moment of filtering and show the behavior as described in bug 811340 and 84188. With the new "feature" that the mails that are hit by the filter problem cannot be eliminated or trashed, nor can they be opened. I have a filter log installed, if somebody tells me what values are of interest I could try to document what happens when this error occurs. So maybe this is all the same filter disfunction: - messages are not readable but the popup shows the text partially - attachments are inaccessible in these messages - the messages cannot be eliminated or changed of folder - the filter do not work for mailinglist and some of the traffic (sometimes all of it) is send to the trash folder (regardless if there is a filter already set for the specific email). - change of spam filter engine does help for a short time and then it starts over. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
