Please note that openSUSE includes java, libreoffice and mozilla without using extra repos. Might also be a problem with mixing repositories, especially ones compiled for Factory / Tumbleweed. you can use yast2 repositories to disable all additional (esp libreoffice-related) repos and then zypper dup use the "d" key to get details about which packages would be changed from/to which repo. and then make sure you have zypper in libreoffice-calc
