Comment # 2 on bug 849764 from Tom���� Chv��tal

This is fixed for 13.2+ as there finaly was overhaul for systemd support and it
correctly detect states from all network providers being it wicked or
networkmanager.

Verified it on mix of non-automatic and automatic cifs and nfs mounts.
This is not something we wan't to backport to 13.1 as the init changes might
have some sideefect for yast nfs configuration tools.
