Repro: * Install deluge * Run deluge daemon and connect to it with deluge client. * Add a torrent by infohash alone (or magnet link without "tr" parameter). Expected: DHT nodes' count in status bar is >0, discovering peers via DHT works Instead: DHT nodes count is 0, no peers are discovered via DHT Which effectively renders peer discovery via DHT broken to me. As per http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=53939&start=10#p224215 by Deluge lead developer, no fixes for deluge 1.3 & lt-r 1.1 is planned, so I would suggest providing a package for libtorrent-rasterbar v1.0 or to provide lt-r v1.0 along with deluge.
