Kleopatra on Leap 42.3 requires at least GnuPG/gpgconf 2.1 according to the selftest, but 42.3 only ships GnuPG/gpgconf 2.0.24, making it impossible to sign and/or de-/encrypt KMail mails using GnuPG certs, since it's not possible to mark a key as "owner".
