No, I had performed a fresh installation of leap 15.1 beta on the machine on
which currently I am running leap 15.0 and tried to connect to the internet via
usb tethering using my android phone(as in my case broadcom WiFi drivers aren't
available preinstalled), but couldn't connect. Also, there was no connection
symbol shown on the top bar even after turning the tethering option on from my
phone. While opening the network settings, a message displayed showed that the
network wasn't configured. However, I wasn't able to configure it using Yast2.
