Also can you try to establish a ssh connection manually to the monitored
machine ('test') with something like "ssh pexpnagios@test" and show the
relevant logs in journal (please keep them as minimal as possible by showing
only the relevant part) ?
If a logind session is created then it would be interesting to see how Nagios
setup its ssh session.
