Title says everything.
multipathd is not started and rootfs and swap are not found:
systemctl status multipathd.service

           ConditionPathExists=/etc/multipath.conf was not met


creating /etc/multipath.conf, restarting multipath service, exiting emergency
shell and the system comes up...
