This is real laptop with two ssd, one ssd is encrypted /home

Plymouth's animation rotates forever. When I press ESC I get console with these
last lines:

[ OK ] Reached target Initrd Root File System.
       Starting Reload Configuration from the Real Boot...

(I can upload a photo if needed)
