Thanks for providing informations.

I have prepared UCS Univention 4.4 with the following applications installed:
* KVM virtualization server
* UCS Virtual Machine Manager

But openSUSE Leap 15.4 + Plasma 5 + kde3-kommander VM works fine in my testing
environment.

In addition, there are no signs of anything abnormal in the strace logs either.

I think this is UCS Univention system itself and/or hardware (i.e. VM host)
related problem.
So please try contacting UCS support for more deep inspection.
