## Observation Seems qgis does not have numpy in its dep chain, despite relying on it openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-extra_tests_gnome@64bit fails in [qgis](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2725389/modules/qgis/steps/16) ## Test suite description Maintainer: QE Core, asmorodskyi.
