fails in
[mysql_srv](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1351020/modules/mysql_srv/steps/10)

%libexecdir is being updated to be /usr/libecec, in order to closer align with
FHS

mariadb follows this change by installing the mysql-systemd-helper newly to
/usr/libexec/mysql/mysqk-systemd-helper (ok), but the mariadb.service does not
reference this path correctly, resulting in service start failure:
