@Stefan, sorry I've dropped this one on the floor, I was busy with other topics. Yes, I agree with you. This sounds like a very good plan. We just should make sure that lapack*, *blas and openblas hit TW at the same time, so people will not run into an update trap. Unless you have prepared something already, I'll give it a go.
