On x86_64 TW host hpg33, attempt to upgrade glibc-locale from 2.24-2.2 to 6.2MiB 2.24-2.3 package failed because 408MB of freespace on EXT4 / filesystem was insufficient, while RPM subprocess reported needing 122MB of freespace. Uninstalling oldest kernel raised freespace to 622MB and allowed glibc-locale to install.
