Comment # 1 on bug 1171582 from Dan ��erm��k

Sorry about this, I'm working on fixing this. This was mostly caused by bad
timing: the default ruby changed to Ruby 2.7 which is incompatible with vagrant
and multiple dependencies of vagrant were bumped to incompatible versions.
