I installed kf6-kirigami, uninstalled it, rebooted my computer, and now this
issue doesn't happen anymore. Super duper weird.

Wonder if there's a way to prevent this from happening in the first place on
new installs. It isn't a huge deal when it essentially fixes itself, but it
would still be a nice thing.
