Comment # 2 on bug 1208400 from Miguel Rozsas

I've followed this gist
https://gist.github.com/shaoran/1db4ed8bba8bc054cd31e2ea05a668d1 and added the
line tls-cipher=DEFAULT:@SECLEVEL=0 to [vpn] section of
/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/FWUNSP-UDP4-1748-miguel-config-seclevel0.nmconnection
file, but no luck, no vpn connection.
