Comment # 10 on bug 933809 from Atri Bhattacharya

I am kind of ambivalent about a maintenance release on this one... on one hand
yes it might help to have explicit versioned dependencies for the webkit*
packages now, on the other people on 13.2 installing their regular official
updates will have faced no problems anyway. Eventually this should be done for
TW packages, of course, but do we need a maintenance release for 13.2 changing
the dependencies is the question.

Bjorn, Dominique, what do you guys suggest?
