I did these steps:
zypper ar obs://home:arvidjaar:bnc:964126/standard boo954126
zypper refresh boo954126
zypper dup -r boo954126

Then:

mokutil --import /usr/lib64/efi/grub.der
entered a password twice.

I rebooted.  On reboot, I viewed the new key in MokManager signed by arvidjaar
which looked like it matched the info in the newly installed
/usr/lib64/efi/grub.der.  It asked me for the password, which I supplied.  I
rebooted, enabled SecureBoot and got into a boot loop where I can't even get to
GRUB.  After disabling SecureBoot, I was able to boot to GRUB and boot the
system.
