  - nothing provides build >= 2012.08.24 needed by
obs-service-download_files-0.7.2-89.1.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

  The package obs-build is already installed and if I wanna install the package
build from openSUSE 15.4 then files collide with obs-build. The dependency
needs to be fixed: There is no package 'build' for Mageia, only 'obs-build'.
  Same package compiles well with obs/osc from Debian 11.
