right click / create new / link to application
The application tab does not appear.

Then if you click on OK button you get this error :
"the file or folder :/kio5/newfile-templates/.source/Program.desktop does not
exist"

Workaround : from
"kde-baseapps-libkonq-15.12.60git.20160114T084704~c844731-42.1.x86_64" ( as I
did myself ) fully copy recursively the "templates" directory and subdirectory
to /usr/share/templates.
