btrfs_reloc_cow_block -> replace_file_extents -> get_new_location ->
btrfs_lookup_file_extent has to be the source of the error code, either by
btrfs_search_slot returning > 1 or returning -EEXIST.  Everything else aborts
the transaction at the return site.
