Update running, copied for 13.2.

Notice that we build and maintain openSUSE:Backports:SLE-12/chromium. As such
this will need to be fixed in SUSE:SLE-12:Update/python-ply which is a 3.4.

As per https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Backports_Packaging_Policy we cannot
mask this package in openSUSE:Backports:SLE-12 because it is maintained in the
SLE 12 public cloud module.
