This happens in the early stage of installation, as you see in the video.

The context is this:
- I already have 13.2 on this laptop, WiFi works
- I am trying to install Leap, through WiFI. This is where the bug comes alive.
The installation system turns off WiFi, then complains that it can't get an
address, through WiFi. After this happens, I can't use the button to turn WiFi
on again, I go to BIOS and load defaults.

But the button is not the problem, I don't care about it.

My expectation would by that WiFi is left alone and I can use it to install the
OS.
