2. Line 2: package description
3. Line 3: longer description.

Example with today's unrar update:

In 3 you repeat what is already said in 2.

Please replace 3 (the information box) with the changelog since last version =
the reason for the update.

This is how Fedora does it and is much more useful regarding updates
information.
