run lxqt-config command line in terminal

Click on icon "Keyboard and Mouse" below error display in terminal window

/usr/bin/lxqt-config-input: error while loading shared libraries:
liblxqt-config-cursor.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

Click icon "YaST Hardware Information" below error display in terminal window,
although I can run the same command line in a terminal without issue
bash: /sbin/yast2 hwinfo: No such file or directory
