1.Create a new root CA and a certificate under the CA.
2.Delete the CA (observe error prompt "Deleting the CA failed")
3.Click "Create Root CA" and observe the error prompt reappearing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new root CA and a certificate under the CA.
2.Delete the CA (observe error prompt "Deleting the CA failed")
3.Click "Create Root CA" and observe the error prompt reappearing.


Expected Results:  
An old error prompt should not re-appear when creating a new root CA.
