I guess you installed the 4.4.126-48.1 kernel from somewhere (update-test?), and this conflicts with the newer one with the same version but rebuilt. It's the intended behavior, and a known drawback of the current multi-version implementation. Usually it won't be a big problem even if you choose another option as in most cases they are more-or-less compatible, but of course, it depends on the actual code change.
