Minimal reproducer

When application maps a file without MAP_SYNC, modifies it, unmaps it, maps it
again with MAP_SYNC, reads something from the mapping, then the next write
generates SIGBUS.
Minimal reproducer attached.

$ ./sigbus_repro /mnt/pmem/file 4096
truncating /mnt/pmem/file to 4096
opening /mnt/pmem/file
Bus error (core dumped)
