Ah ok, just tried 12.2 build.
There was some mistake in the past, but it should be fixed in newer
distributions:

  * Fix sporadic eol problem with some IIS/W3C logs
  * Fix compiler directive syntax error (broke some 64 bit systems)
 - Changes/Additions:
  * Modest speed improvements in hash table code
- rebase patches
- fix spec
  * package flags too, not only the DIR
