Following "zypper dup" on either 20200117 or 20200119 (most likely 20200119),
snd_hda_intel is unable to drive output to either soundcard. (HMDI on an AMD
5600 video card, and an X570 "Matisse" motherboard stereo plug interface. Both
worked previous to update.

/var/log/messages shows the following error, upon initializing the cards:
snd_hda_intel 0000:09:00.1: Handle vga_switcheroo audio client
2020-01-20T13:01:24.041897-08:00 linux-xxx kernel: [ 2.145368] snd_hda_intel
0000:09:00.1: Force to non-snoop mode
2020-01-20T13:01:24.041897-08:00 linux-xxx apparmor.systemd[864]: Skipped:
/etc/apparmor.d/bin.ping.rpmnew
2020-01-20T13:01:24.041898-08:00 linux-xxx kernel: [ 2.153335] hdaudio
hdaudioC0D0: Unable to bind the codec
2020-01-20T13:01:24.041900-08:00 linux-xxx kernel: [ 2.154867] hdaudio
hdaudioC1D0: Unable to bind the codec

kernel-default 5.4.7.1.1 and 5.4.10.1.1 exhibit the same behavior. Disabling
either card in BIOS does not allow the other to begin working, and
removing/adding them in YAST2 has no effect.
