Please take a look closely at your browser.  It's the bugzilla UI that shows
the diff in the primary view, there is a tab to show the full unified patch.

Yes, I am very aware of the process (and the bugzilla UI :)

Yes, systemd packages containing sound.target creation should be fixed.
IIRC, this was added in some version, not from the very beginning.
