In order to try, whether there should appear a
      /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.login1.conf.rpmnew   ,
if the original
        /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.login1.conf
was changed, I deleted big parts of 
 /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.login1.conf  and updated then from
systemd 210-39.1 to systemd 210.931.1.
No *.rpmnew -file was written into  /etc/dbus-1/system.d/.
Only if I deleeted or rename 
org.freedesktop.login1.conf, then a new file was written during installation.

When I looked into messages, I fond the following strange messages:
