Steps to reproduce (Dell Latitude E6530): 1. Install Leap 15.1 with encrypted LVM. 2. Boot to desktop (password before GRUB, password after GRUB) 3. systemctl hibernate 4. Turn on (password before GRUB, GRUB is skipped to resume, password after GRUB) 5. Issue: System doesn't boot. The screen remains black. Display manager not shown. Expected: System resumed
