Could you give the hardware details?  e.g. please upload the outputs of hwinfo
from both Leap 15.1 and 5.2.x kernels.

Note that we haven't backported much V4L stuff to Leap because we didn't get
any requests, so it's likely some code to support the new stuff is missing.  If
the backport is doable without breaking kernel ABI, we'd be able to do that.
