For the app itself. 

KDE input method panel (Kimpanel) widget is a KDE standard widget, which should
keep its own set of icons. It is used not only in openSUSElight theme, but also
in Air/Oxygen or even our previous dark theme. Technically it's unthemeable
unless upstream make efforts from KDE side as I know. Technically it's not even
part of systray :-)
