currently only ASTAP it's already in science (I'm the maintainer for it).

The purpose of having a dedicated space, is that other people can simply add a
single astro-dedicated repo, without having to add the whole Science project.

Whether the parent will be Application: or Science: it doesn't really matter to
me :)

But for the end user, IMHO, it would be better to have a single repo with just
astrophotography related tools in it.
