Maybe it's just a problem in the 32bit builds of nss 3.24 which nss 3.26 inadvertently solves. In any case, I can reproduce on two 32bit machines (while two other 64 bit machines so not have the problem). Other people on the net (on different distros) report the same (32bit relation).
