When receiving an email with kmail (html) and you print it out, you get a header page and a separate only text page. This is odd because if you pint something as a documentation, you have the problem that you cannot show the two are related. The issue presents independently if printing from the preview, from an open message, to a printer or to a pdf does not matter. The pdf is actually exactly the same in output: header, rest a white page, second page with text, where the text is immediately at the beginning of the page without white "printborder" space.
